All first time clients are required to start with an initial consult followed by a few private sessions, before progressing to group sessions.
The initial consult comprises of a one-on-one session where the instructor analyses your posture and body alignment, and collects all relevant information including past or present injuries, concerns and your fitness goals.
After the consult, your instructor will tailor a personalised program through a series of private sessions to help you achieve your goals and address any issues.
