Pilates is exercise built on precision so we make sure that we pay attention to, and help you with, your form. Our instructors will guide you through your session to help with your posture and movement mechanics.
Small class sizes provide a personal, safe approach to Pilates
You are unique so we make sure that our sessions reflect your individual needs. We aim to personalise each appointment for you so that you can focus on your own fitness goals. We pay special attention to any present or old injuries, and how they can impact on your body mechanics and function.
Our sessions
For beginners, we recommend private (one-on-one) sessions to ensure that you learn safely, and get the most from your time. Once you have developed an adequate knowledge of method and body awareness you may choose to join one of our group sessions. However, many clients prefer the personal nature and maximum progression that our private sessions offer.
Our duet sessions offer the perfect option for friends who want to exercise together and are looking for more concentrated attention from the instructor. These sessions are available for a maximum of two people.
Our intimate approach to teaching filters into our group sessions. Individual attention is incredibly important when learning Pilates, so we limit our group sessions to just three participants. This ensures that you receive the instruction and guidance that you need and you’ll never get lost in the crowd.

Over time your abilities will improve and the exercises will become more advanced. This means that you will continue to learn, and you will never be bored. Every now and then we’ll take you back to the foundation exercises so you can see just how far you’ve come. Our promise is to ensure that sessions are always fresh, unique, challenging, and fun.
